Responsibilities:
To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
The Customer Support Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting and resolving a wide variety of customer requests.
The Specialist performance is measured based on key indicators such as productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality and schedule adherence.
Qualifications:
MUST have good command of spoken and written French and English languages(level B2 or above according to The Common European Framework)
At least 1 year of working experience in the field of tourism or call center would be desirable however fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Exceptional telephone manners and communication skills.
Excellent listening, decision making and problem solving skills
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Willing to work on rotating shifts and working on Public holidays
Ability to work individually and in team alike
Demonstrate high degree of integrity
